Smack was founded in Wenzhou in 2004 with a single conviction: that bathroom hardware should be designed with the same rigour as the spaces it inhabits. From the beginning, we chose 304-grade stainless steel -- not for cost, but for longevity, precision, and the quiet confidence it brings to a room.
Our Wenzhou facility houses the full production cycle under one roof -- from raw steel forming and CNC machining through to surface finishing and quality inspection. This vertical integration gives us complete control over tolerances, finishes, and lead times.
Over twenty years, we have grown from a regional supplier into a trusted manufacturing partner for trade clients across Europe, Australia, South America and Southeast Asia. Our clients include interior design studios, hotel groups, property developers and specialist hardware distributors.

2004
Founded in Wenzhou
Smack established its first production facility in Wenzhou, Zhejiang -- focusing on 304 stainless steel bathroom accessories for the domestic market.
2008
First Export Programme
Began exporting to Southeast Asia and Australia. Established our first OEM partnerships with international hardware distributors.
2012
PVD Finishing Investment
Installed in-house PVD coating lines, enabling our signature Gun Grey, Brushed Gold, Matte White and Matte Black finishes -- all without outsourcing.
2016
European Market Entry
Achieved CE certification and entered the European market. Began supplying hospitality and residential projects in the UK, Germany and Scandinavia.
2019
South American Expansion
Established trade partnerships in Brazil, Chile and Colombia. Adapted packaging and logistics to meet regional import requirements.
2024
Smack Brand Launch
